Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data from the Influencer Africa platform at any time — whether you are a creator on our roster, a brand user, or you connected a social account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube) through our platform.

How to request deletion

The quickest way is the removal page — no account or email thread needed; tell us the handle and we take it from there. You can also email info@influencerafrica.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address associated with your profile, and tell us the name or social handle on the profile.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days and permanently delete your profile, connected account data, photos, and associated statistics within 30 days — and your handles go on a suppression list so our discovery systems do not gather your public profile again. Deletion is permanent and includes data retrieved from Meta, TikTok, or Google APIs.

If you disconnected Instagram from inside Meta's settings, Meta sends us a deletion request automatically and gives you a confirmation code — you can check its status any time on the status page.

Disconnecting a social account (without full deletion) stops all further data collection from that account immediately.
